Whatever the season, – summer, autumn, winter or spring, your body and mind might be feeling the strain from eating processed foods, drinking too much alcohol or just the craziness of life in general.
Each season can lead to a build-up of toxins in your body that make it hard to function! You might start to notice weight gain and an overall sluggishness that’s hard to explain away.

Hi, I’m Lee Tomlinson
Hi, I’m Leanne Tomlinson, the principal coach and founder of Nurture & Move. I studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I learnt all about health and wellness coaching particularly in the areas of gut health, emotional eating, and hormones.
I've designed these programs with you in mind. They're all about helping you get your body and health back in shape and eliminating all those toxins that are weighing you down!
At no point in this two-week detox will you be alone. Throughout the program, you’ll be supported by me and helped with targeted materials that walk you through every step of the process.
Ridding your body of the toxins that it has built up over the past few seasons and preparing your body and mind for the next can give you all the confidence you need, plus help you feel refreshed and ready to set goals and to just be you in your skin again…

Recently I participated in Leanne’s ‘Go Clean Program’. I felt like I needed to clean up my diet and incorporate more healthy eating habits. Leanne provided me with an easy to follow eating plan for two weeks with tasty recipes that were simple to create. The Facebook Go Clean page gave me helpful tips along the way to help with sugar cravings and other info. Leanne checked in with me along the way to keep me motivated (which I definitely needed!).
