Support that starts with where you are
I believe that understanding ourselves is an important part of making meaningful changes in our lives.
Our experiences can shape how we think, feel and respond, sometimes in ways we don’t even recognise. Rather than judging these responses or trying to force change, my approach encourages curiosity, understanding and finding what works for you.
Understand what is happening. Respond with more confidence. Feel better equipped for life’s challenges.
Drawing on trauma-informed coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practices, nervous system education and positive psychology, I offer a supportive space to explore your experiences and develop greater self-awareness.
