Course Description
Beat the Eats will run over 12 weeks with a break in week 6. During this time we will explore your personal eating behaviours, patterns, and stories; and identify ways to help you prevent stress eating.
The course will include 23 modules; weekly group coaching calls via zoom, access to a training vault, 12 weeks of support, handouts/resources and a N&M notebook.

Hi, I’m Leanne Tomlinson, the principal coach and founder of Nurture & Move.
I absolutely love supporting people who are motivated to improve their health and wellness. I have studied at the largest nutrition school in the world completing a core health and wellness coaching course as well as speciality courses in emotional eating, gut and hormone health.
