For me, coaching is a personal journey that supports the body, mind, and soul. I founded Nurture & Move out of a passion to help professional women navigate life’s challenges and find balance. Wherever you’re starting from, I’m here to guide you toward a healthier, more harmonious life.

Hi, I’m Lee Tomlinson, the founder and principal coach of Nurture & Move. My journey into wellness began from my own struggle with stress, unhealthy habits, and adrenal fatigue. After transforming my life, I dedicated myself to helping professional women do the same. I studied at the world’s largest integrative nutrition school, specialising in gut health, emotional eating, and hormone health, and mastering over 100 dietary theories.
I understand how important it is to create a calm, supportive space. With my relaxed and approachable nature, I quickly build rapport, helping to ease any nerves as you start your wellness journey. My mission is to guide and support you in nurturing your nervous system and building resilience, all while fostering a positive and uplifting atmosphere. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together.
Coaching and a Journey Through Adversity
Beyond my studies and passion for mental wellbeing, nervous system health and positive psychology, I am also a mum to two adult daughters and two grandbabies. I love Pilates, the ocean, early mornings, reading, binge-watching thrillers and eating dark chocolate, just to name a few.
I believe one of my greatest strengths is my relatability. I understand what it feels like to face stress, sleep issues, mental health challenges, body image struggles and difficult relationships. These experiences led me on a journey of self-awareness and a deeper understanding of the nervous system, emotional wellbeing and the patterns that can shape our lives. What began as a personal journey of healing and growth has become a heartfelt passion for helping others feel more supported, empowered and understood.
My training has taught me that true wellbeing is about more than what we eat. It is also shaped by our nervous system, emotional wellbeing, mindset and life experiences.
My approach is grounded in nervous system education, positive psychology and holistic wellbeing. I believe lasting change begins with greater self-understanding recognising your patterns, supporting your nervous system and building on your strengths in a way that feels gentle, realistic and meaningful.


My training has taught me that health and wellness is not just about nutrition and that food is a lot more than what you find on your plate!
